We’re a friendly, family-run artificial grass company (est. 2010) that’s growing fast. Our work pops up in homes, gyms, events, and even for big-name brands like Nike, Spotify, Channel 4, Adidas, and David Lloyd Clubs.
We’re looking for a confident, organised Office Manager and Sales Administrator to be the voice of our business and the glue that keeps our sales operations running smoothly.
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive team player. We need a confident and experienced Office Manager/Sales Administrator to take charge of daily office operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries and play a central role in our small but dynamic team. This is a fully office-based role. You must be within commuting distance of Kingston and available to start as soon as possible.
What you’ll be doing:
* Answering calls and emails, booking site visits, and making a great first impression with every customer
* Following up enquiries and preparing quotes that get deals over the line
* Reaching out to clients to offer our maintenance packages (earning commission as you go)
* Scheduling site and maintenance visits
* Ordering office supplies and handling general admin to keep the wheels turning
* Using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and cloud tools (we’ll train you where needed)

* Are confident, articulate, and love talking to people
* Have strong organisational skills and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
* Have good computer skills and pick up new systems quickly
* Bring prior admin or sales support experience (bonus points if it’s in a similar role)
Requirements
* Experience in office administration: 3 years (required)
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
* Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
* Comfortable using CRM and cloud-based systems (training provided)
* Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced setting
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Good IT literacy
* Experience with diary management
* Proven experience in a similar role
