Job Title: Learning & Development Manager | London
We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team. The role involves more than just delivering training; it's about fostering growth, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify training needs and design effective programmes.
* Implement and maintain an engaging company-wide learning platform.
* Coordinate induction and post-induction training to ensure new starters are well-supported.
* Assist with training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborate with leaders to develop tailored development plans.
* Support and develop a small training team.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Proficiency with learning systems and content creation, including digital learning.
* Leadership qualities, integrity, and a passion for employee development.
* Organized, curious, and up-to-date with L&D trends.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus, but not essential.
