Role Summary:
One of our clients is hiring experienced property and real estate managers as independent contractors for a research collaboration with a leading AI company. In this role, you’ll use your industry expertise to design and review real-world property management scenarios that help train AI systems to better understand real estate operations, community management, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and evaluate deliverables that replicate day-to-day property and community management workflows.
* Apply professional insights to ensure accuracy and realism in AI training materials.
* Provide feedback on documentation, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.
Working Conditions:
* Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule.
* Minimum 15 hours per week commitment (hours may vary weekly).
* Access to a desktop or laptop computer required (Chromebooks not supported).
* Project expected to continue through the end of 2025, with potential extension.
