The Role
In this role, you will prepare detailed pricing for tenders supporting our project wins and early contractor involvement efforts. Your responsibilities include developing local rates, liaising with procurement teams, and advising on cost-effective design options. You will manage the compilation of price estimates across labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, and temporary works, ensuring compliance with governance procedures. You will also play a key part in risk assessment, finalising tender submissions, and supporting the handover process for successful projects.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Proven expertise in civil engineering and construction techniques
Extensive knowledge of procurement legislation and contract types
Advanced proficiency with estimating software packages
Commercial awareness of different project delivery models
