Candidates should be confident working with both traditional joinery techniques and modern methods. Key Responsibilities Interpreting and working from technical drawings and design specifications. Constructing high-quality bespoke furniture using solid timber, veneers, and sheet materials. Surface preparation and finishing to the highest standards. Taking off materials based on design references. Collaborating with workshop staff and operational management to resolve technical challenges. Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas. Supporting innovation through new manufacturing techniques and technology integration. Participating in quality control and internal audit processes.
