Are you a vibrant and organised individual with a passion for events? Our client, a leading organisation in the brokerage industry, is looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Executive Assistant on various administrative duties
* Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring everything runs seamlessly
* Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers
* Assist with travel arrangements for brokers, including visa processes
* Support brokers with clerical and administrative tasks
* Help manage the signatures of important documents
* Coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently
* Attend meetings and document notes with precision
* Maintain the company address book for smooth communication
* Prebook meeting rooms and arrange refreshments
* Handle courier dispatches and receipts
Essential Skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in office software packages
Personal Attributes and Experience
* Previous experience organising global events up to 400+ attendees
* Discretion and trustworthiness are essential
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
* Positive attitude, proactive approach, and readiness to learn
* Flexibility to adapt and grow in the role
