Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and supervise a team in clinical supplies packaging & labelling
Oversee daily operations, schedules, and resources for production
Ensure strict compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and health & safety guidelines
Maintain production accuracy through systems like SAP
Drive continuous improvement and support cross-functional collaboration
Conduct staff training and support technical documentation efforts
Investigate and resolve process deviations with corrective actions
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven leadership in a production or packaging setting
In-depth knowledge of cGMPs and global regulatory requirements (MHRA, FDA, EU CTR)
Experience in clinical trial supplies or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Mechanical Engineering (required)
Strong communication, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with tools like SAP, Veeva, MS Office
