The Role: Working within our professional services division, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns while building lasting relationships with prestigious firms across the North West. You'll focus on permanent and interim placements, from newly qualified professionals to partner-level appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and nurture relationships with leading professional services firms, understanding their strategic growth plans and specific recruitment needs
2. Source exceptional candidates through your network, headhunting, and innovative talent attraction strategies
3. Provide market insights and consultative advice to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
4. Manage complex recruitment processes, including confidential search assignments and senior-level appointments
