A growing organisation is seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator to join its Project Management team. This office-based role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of multiple small IT projects across international locations, working closely with internal teams, partner engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, resource management, and delivery of multiple small-scale IT projects. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, accurate documentation, and timely reporting of project status, risks, and financials.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the deployment of multiple small IT projects simultaneously.
* Work closely with internal and partner engineers to manage resources and project schedules.
* Serve as the primary liaison for clients, engineers, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress and potential issues.
* Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
* Operate the project management section of the IT service management system (ITSM) and Autotask in line with company procedures.
* Monitor project budgets and report forecasts, variances, and risks to management.
* Support the continuous improvement of project delivery processes and promote best practice.
Candidate Requirements
* Have to have worked within an IT Deparment or Company previously, ideally a MSP.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage several projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with IT systems and the ability to understand and relay technical requirements effectively.
* Experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within the IT sector, would be advantageous but is not essential.
* A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Willingness to work on-site in Hemel Hempstead five days per week.
* Hemel Hempstead 5x Days a week
* Up to £35,000 Basic Per Annum
