Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food production and service
- Ensure that food preparation and cooking processes adhere to food safety standards
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
Experience:
- Previous chef experience
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen equipment
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff and management team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
