What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the classroom teacher
Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, focused learning environment
Supporting students with their learning, wellbeing, and engagement in lessons
Collaborating with staff to promote academic progress and inclusion
Gaining experience across a variety of subjects and age groups
We're Looking For:
Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or youth work)
Confident communicators who can motivate and manage a classroom effectively
Proactive and adaptable individuals with a genuine passion for education
Those considering teacher training routes (PGCE/SCITT) or careers in education
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic team players ready to make a difference
