We are looking for a Social Worker for a Learning Disability Team This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience. About the Team This team supports adults with learning disabilities to live safely and independently. The social workers' roles will include assessing individual needs, coordinating care and support plans, safeguarding vulnerable adults and advocating for their wellbeing. They work closely with the families, health professionals and community services to ensure people receive the right support and improve the quality of their life. About you A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Learning disability experience will be beneficial for this role.
