Grid-Scale Solar and BESS Project Management
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to uphold the highest standards of health & safety and quality across all projects
* Oversee project financials, including budget management and invoice approvals
* Lead EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) activities and deliverables, chair regular project meetings, and ensure timely distribution of minutes and action points
* Maintain clear and effective communication with multiple stakeholders regarding project requirements and objectives
* Manage contractual commitments and ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the best practices, valuation methodologies, knowledge management systems, and internal tools and templates
Candidate Profile / Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience
* Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, PMI-ACP) is strongly preferred
* Minimum of 7 years’ experience delivering solar PV and energy storage projects
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project
* Demonstrated experience managing grid-connected solar projects, particularly during the construction phase
* Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery
* Capable of working independently in a remote setting, with a high level of self-motivation, while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment
* Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects in fast-paced environments
