We are working with a fast-growing full-service accountancy practice to recruit a Manager - General Practice for the office in Haywards Heath. The business provides accountancy, taxation, payroll, advisory and financial planning services to thousands of customers including businesses and individuals / sole traders.

The Manager - General Practice will:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients for proactive accountancy and advisory services
* Manage, mentor and supervise a team of accountants
* Conduct year end accounts for a range of clients
* Prepare Tax computations and review tax returns for a range of clients
* Identify opportunities to grow existing client portfolios, support in new business initiatives and act as primary contact for key client relationships
Skills & experience required:
* Qualified ACA / ACCA with experience in a similar role
* Strong experience in an accountancy practice environment
* Experience working with a range of clients for accounts, tax returns and similar
Salary, hours and company benefits:
* £45,000 to £47,000 based on based on experience and qualifications
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm – fully office based in Haywards Heath
