We are looking for a Site Supervisor - Electrical Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Site Supervisor - Electrical Bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Site Supervisor - Electrical Bias, will be responsible for:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for all engineering subcontractors working on site
* Ensuring subcontractors are properly inducted, understand site rules, safety procedures, and specific work requirements
* Overseeing the permit to work process for subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with site procedures
* Monitoring the quality of subcontractor work, ensuring it meets required standards and specifications
* Tracking subcontractor progress, identifying potential delays or issues, and reporting to the site management team
* Ensuring subcontractors adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as site-specific GMP
To be successful for this Site Supervisor - Electrical Bias role you must have:
* Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2365, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation) or equivalent
* Proven experience in a technical role within an engineering environment
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures
* Proficient in using IT systems and software for communication and record-keeping
* Knowledge of permit to work systems and procedures
* Ideally have experience in a subcontractor management or coordination role
* Preferably hold a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
