This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, handling a variety of enquiries, and working in a fast-paced call centre environment. You'll be responsible for managing inbound customer contacts via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails professionally and efficiently Managing customer enquiries through to resolution, ensuring a positive outcome Liaising with internal departments and third-party partners as required Working to service levels and performance targets within a contact centre setting Making informed decisions to resolve customer issues effectively Logging customer interactions accurately and highlighting recurring issues or process improvements Skills & Experience Required Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written Professional telephone manner with a customer-first mindset Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a high-volume environment Strong listening skills and good attention to detail Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced call centre Previous experience in a call centre, customer support, retail, or hospitality role is beneficial Good time management and organisational skills Interested?
