As Head of Specification, youll be responsible for: Driving new business generation through established relationships with Developers, Cost Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers and Contractors Leading specification activity across high-rise city and town centre developments, including Residential, Hotel, Office and Mixed-Use schemes Influencing the specification of bathroom packages on complex projects through early stakeholder engagement Securing and managing framework agreements, primarily with Developers and Franchisees, to build sustainable hotel and residential pipelines Working closely with manufacturers to secure profitable and solus trading agreements Building long-term pipelines across major UK developments and acting as a senior representative for the brand within the professional community Please note: this role focuses on urban, multi-storey developments and is not housebuilding.
