Senior HR Recruitment Consultant - Finding the best talent for clients & helping candidates find their next role!
This role is based in Slough and is office-based. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HR and Recruitment, handling end-to-end recruitment processes and general HR administrative duties. The position reports to the Finance Director and offers support from external HR consultants.

Responsibilities
* Manage all stages of recruitment (end to end)
* Work strategically with senior staff on posts
* Create high-quality job adverts
* Request references
* Coordinate return-to-work administration
* Monitor employee absence
* Keep contract details up to date
* Manage and produce staff collection sheets
* Book training courses
* Process offer letters
* Maintain HRIS updates
* Advise colleagues on HR policies & procedures
* Take minutes at ER meetings
* Check payroll accuracy
Required Experience
* CIPD Level 3 (advantageous)
* At least 2 years of HR experience
* Knowledge of GDPR legislation
* End-to-end recruitment experience
* Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to work in a busy environment
* Manage own workload effectively
* High confidentiality
* Payroll administration experience (advantageous)
