ECOsubsea is seeking an independent and skilled Service Technician who can systemize and maintain daily operational activities at our Hull Cleaning stations in existing and upcoming European locations. The position requires good knowledge in electrical engineering, robotics, and/or automation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical service and expertise towards Hull Cleaning stations and operations.
2. Oversee and provide quality assurance and technical support during operations.
3. Participate in and complete Hull Cleaning and Biofouling Detection operations.
4. Manage installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks.
5. Diagnose errors or technical problems, determining proper solutions.
6. Monitor quality.
7. Actively contribute to developing ECOsubsea’s services.
Qualifications
1. Electric/automation and/or robotic/cybernetics degree, certification, or relevant education/experience.
2. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service electrical and ROV equipment.
3. Ability to obtain new knowledge and expertise on our stations, equipment, and ROVs.
4. Willingness to travel to various locations worldwide frequently.
5. Good English written and oral skills.
6. Good computer/software skills.
7. Car certificate and valid passport.
