Title: Credit Controller
Duration: 12 Month Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our clients small finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based on the outskirts of Nantwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong credit control experience who is looking for a stable, contract role within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Chasing overdue payments via phone and email in a professional manner
Liaising with customers and transport daily regarding deliveries and payments
Resolving customer account queries and disputes efficiently
Allocating cash receipts and reconciling customer accounts
Supporting with legal proceedings when necessary and liaising with third parties
Setting up payment plans and terms and conditions
Maintaining accurate records and updating the finance system
Supporting with purchase ledger duties when required - holiday cover
About You
Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
What’s on Offer
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (would consider someone 4 days per week)
