We are looking for a Workplace Auditor responsible for evaluating workplace processes and environments by observing operating practices to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Daily tasks include conducting audits, identifying risks, recommending improvements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business. This role is site-based 3.5 days a week, with 1.5 days allocated for travel and administrative tasks, covering a large geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit Planning & Execution: Use data analysis to support risk trending and develop audit plans aligned with business goals and regulatory standards, including code of conduct, modern slavery, agency labour, H&S, and facilities.
2. Risk Identification & Analysis: Identify potential risks related to workplace operations, employee safety, and legal compliance.
3. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear audit reports summarising findings, risks, and recommendations.
4. Continuous Improvement & Compliance Support: Provide guidance on improving workplace policies and procedures. Be confident in root cause analysis (RCA) and support management with corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
5. Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the point of contact and investigative specialist for escalated modern slavery cases, educating colleagues and management on audit processes and compliance requirements.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, Compliance, Risk Management, Human Resources, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
* Professional certifications such as CIA or CCEP are advantageous.
* Extensive experience in auditing, compliance, and workplace safety.
* Strong knowledge of legislation and standards related to modern slavery prevention is advantageous.
* Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process gaps and risks.
