Responsibilities
* Support continuous improvement of digital user experience across multiple channels.
* Define interactivity and design solutions balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
* Translate research and analytics insights into concepts and solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
* Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to drive vision and strategy.
* Champion user‑centric design, ensuring their needs inform all solutions.
* Rapidly sketch, prototype, and refine interactions and components.
* Contribute to the design system and best practices within the UX community.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.
Qualifications
* Experienced in designing consumer‑focused digital projects with strong UX principles.
* Skilled in interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.
* Proficient in Figma and familiar with HTML/CSS for interactive prototypes.
* Strong communicator, able to facilitate workshops and present ideas effectively.
* Holds a BA in Graphic Design or related field with a current portfolio showcasing online design expertise.
* Commercially minded, detail‑oriented, and passionate about usability and accessibility.
* Comfortable working in agile environments and adopting new technologies.
* Enthusiastic about continuous learning and design innovation.
