1. Salary: Circa £40,000 basic salary with access to a bonus scheme providing an OTE of £45,000.
2. Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Group Aftersales Manager for our client's car dealer group to cover their South East Wales locations.
Reporting to the Managing Director and responsible for multiple teams of Vehicle Technicians and Service Advisors, with a Service Manager also, you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional aftersales operations to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.
The successful Aftersales Manager will live within South East Wales and have strong recent or current experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a small to medium-sized franchise-approved car dealership. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.

4. Starting salary is up £40,000, which is negotiable depending on experience.
