Responsibilities
:
1. Programme & Event Coordination – Support the team in planning, logistics, and execution of certain key programmes and events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and experts.
2. Speaker & Participant Liaison – Liaise with the Project Managers and industry professionals, to help secure high-profile speakers and ensure effective communication with participants.
3. Marketing & Outreach – Strengthen the company’s database by identifying new contacts and creating engaging promotional content (newsletters, social media materials, video clips).
4. Office & Administrative Support – Manage the office calendar, schedule internal and external meetings and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements:
5. Experience in the media/entertainment industry – Familiarity with the industry worldwide and the elements of international co-production as well as knowing production companies, broadcasters and key industry players that people the industry international landscape.
6. Project/event management expertise – Strong ability to support the team in the planning and execution of events, from logistics to post-evaluation.
7. Excellent communication & relationship-building skills – Confidence in engaging with other industry professionals
8. Marketing & outreach experience – Ability to create and execute coordinated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels to promote events and programmes.
9. Strong organisational & multitasking abilities – Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines.
10. Financial & operational acumen – Experience handling supplier invoices, as well as researching input for project budgets and tracking expenses for project managers.
11. Tech-savvy & creative – Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Stripe, Constant Contact, Canva and Zoom.
