As a New Client Advisor, you will be providing exceptional service to both internal and external prospective clients. This role is responsible for ensuring that accurate, quality, and relevant information is obtained from potential clients, ensuring effective risk decisions can be made by case handlers.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and orally and you must be detail orientated with a focuson accuracy.
You will be required to:
1. Take calls from prospective Medical Negligence clients, gathering key information in an empathetic manner.
2. Systematically document gathered information for further use in the clients’ process.
3. Liaise with specialists and case handlers to aid decision-making on potential clients’ claims.
4. Own and take responsibility for the client experience, ensuring the client is at the heart of all actions.
5. Review and analyse key medical and personal documents provided by prospective clients to ensure relevance for decision-making.
6. Capture information and data into templates based on clients’ demands and injuries.
7. Effectively communicate with medical experts to capture their views on medical facts and relay outcomes to relevant internal stakeholders.
8. Draft correspondence to clients, communicating decisions made on their matters after consulting necessary stakeholders.
9. Work towards individual and departmental KPIs and SLAs.
About You
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly listening and questioning.
11. Ability to collaborate effectively as a team.
12. Ability to balance empathy and professionalism when communicating with prospective clients
13. Demonstrated experience in a customer/client focused role
14. Knowledge of IT systems
15. Service sector experience is desirable
16. Legal education desirable but not essential
