Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Project Manager to join our expanding internal Project Management Team. You will work with high-performing teams who are passionate about using their expertise to solve complex problems in water, environment, infrastructure, defence, energy, and international development. You will join the Asset Management team and be involved in managing projects across multiple disciplines, working closely with high-profile clients, stakeholders, and other UK Tetra Tech disciplines to deliver successful projects.

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will deliver high-quality services and support the delivery of multiple projects for many of our high-profile clients. You will assist in managing project delivery through the full project lifecycle.


Responsibilities

* Supporting Project Managers in monitoring projects across Fire Safety, Asbestos, Building Surveying, Geospatial, Mechanical & Electrical Asset Management and Safety Management teams.
* Preparing bids and proposals
* Ensuring internal governance is adhered to
* Assisting in the development of programmes
* Supporting with resource management
* Controlling project costs
* Managing project risk
* Implementing change control management
* Undertaking project reviews
* Client and stakeholder liaison
* Supporting senior staff in delivering business objectives


Qualifications / Skills Required

* A minimum 2:1 degree
* Experience in using Microsoft applications (required) – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Experience in using Microsoft applications (preferred) – Teams, Project
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Self-motivated
* Professional and ethical business approach
* Team player, able to juggle multiple priorities whilst forming effective relationships
* Suitability for security clearance
* A passion to pursue a career in Project Management
