We’re now seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive new business growth across London, Essex, and East Anglia, a role for a true sales hunter ready to make their mark.

The Opportunity
This is a front-line, business development role focused on winning new customers and building Ledlenser’s presence across industrial, wholesale, and specialist retail channels.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales to identify opportunities, open new doors, and cultivate profitable partnerships that strengthen Ledlenser’s UK presence.
You’ll be out in the field for the majority of the time, meeting buyers, distributors, dealers, and end-users, building strong relationships, and showcasing our exceptional product range.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across the region.
* Grow sales and visibility within industrial and commercial channels (PPE, tools, utilities, rail, blue light services).
* Develop and execute regional business plans to deliver ambitious growth targets.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with small to mid-sized retail and wholesale customers.
* Collaborate with the UK sales and marketing teams to launch promotions, NPDs, and merchandising initiatives.
About You
* A natural salesperson who thrives on building new business and closing deals.
* Experienced in selling into industrial, commercial, or retail channels (PPE, tools, safety, trade, or hardware).
* Confident targeting wholesale distributors and independent retailers.
* Commercially savvy, proactive, and motivated by growth.
* A strong team player who enjoys autonomy and field-based work.
* Full driving licence required.
