Overview
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher of Maths to join our highly committed and professional team. The post would suit a newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, who is committed to raising standards at all levels; delivering excellent lessons and enthusing pupils through their passion for teaching. This is a full-time post working at our Senior and Sixth Form School required from January 2026.
To be successful in this role, you must be:
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent lessons and enthuse pupils through passion for teaching.
* Teach Maths across KS3 – KS4; the capacity to teach A-Levels would be useful.
* Utilise a knowledge of current theory and practice in teaching and learning to provide highly effective curriculum delivery in a stimulating and enjoyable way.
* Utilise the benefits of an independent curriculum that is innovative and flexible in terms of delivery and content.
* Use digital technology in teaching and learning.
* Be an enthusiastic team player willing to participate fully in the School’s extra-curricular programme and wider school life.
Qualifications
* Suitably qualified with QTS in the appropriate age range and experience teaching Maths at KS3 – KS4. The capacity to teach A-Levels would be useful.
* Passionate about current theory and practice in teaching and learning to provide effective curriculum delivery.
* Ready to engage with an independent, innovative curriculum and flexible delivery.
* Appreciates the benefits of using digital technology in teaching and learning.
* Active participation in the School’s wider life and extra-curricular activities.
