As a Lead SOC Analyst, the position will act as the escalation point for complex security incidents, driving investigations, guiding junior analysts, and ensuring effective response and remediation across critical systems.

What You Need
To be successful in this role, candidates should bring:
* 3–5 years’ experience in SOC, incident response, or threat analysis roles
* Strong hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR tools
* Deep understanding of:
* Malware behaviour and analysis
* Threat detection and investigation techniques
* Proven ability to:
* Investigate and respond to high-severity security incidents
* Correlate data across multiple sources to build incident narratives
* Lead containment, eradication, and recovery activities
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior analysts
* Familiarity with tuning detection rules and improving SOC processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
* Additional Requirements
* Must be a British-born passport holder
* Must be eligible for UK security clearance (10 years continuous UK residency required)
* Willingness to work a 24/7 shift rotation including nights
