Job Description
We’re working with a growing organisation in Radstock to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their supportive and collaborative finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a busy, multi-site business where you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cash flow management, and ensuring strong financial controls across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and reconcile incoming payments, credit card transactions, and bank accounts.
* Support with cash flow forecasting and income reporting.
* Raise sales invoices and assist with monitoring aged debtors.
* Provide support to the purchase ledger team with invoice and purchase order processing.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with audit preparation.
About You:
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role.
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
* Competent IT user with good Excel skills.
* Proactive, reliable, and keen to develop your finance career.
