We’re looking for an experienced Call Centre Sales Manager to lead our growing sales operation, inspire a high-performing team, and take our customer engagement to the next level.

About the Role
As our Call Centre Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded while maintaining exceptional service standards. You’ll lead from the front — coaching, motivating, and empowering your team to deliver outstanding results.
You’ll work closely with senior management to develop strategies, analyse performance data, and implement initiatives that boost conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
* Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and team performance through regular reviews.
* Develop and deliver sales training and development plans.
* Drive a positive, performance-based culture within the team.
* Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Call Centre / Contact Centre Sales Manager ( B2B).
* Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
* Excellent understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and call centre technology.
* Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse performance and implement improvements.
* Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
