Male Support Worker Location - Winterton £12.21 per hour Closing Date: 2nd January 2026 Role Description Gray Healthcare are recruiting a Male Support Worker, within the Winterton area of North Lincolnshire, to support a male in his 60’s who has a diagnosis of Autism and Moderate Learning Disabilities. The person we support lives independently in their own home, receiving support 24 hours a day on 1-2-1 basis. They are supported by a Male team on shifts of days, waking nights and sleeps. The person we support likes to access the community at times visiting local towns or cities. Male Support Worker Required Skills and Experience * Social care experience, ideally within Autism and with some experience of supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities. * Experience supporting individuals with behaviours perceived as challenging. * Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments. * Experience adapting communication skills, verbal and non-verbal, to aid understanding of the supported individual. * Motivated to promote engagement in meaningful activity * A desire to support the individual in their cultural and spiritual needs * Good literacy and numeracy skills * You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months.
