Educational Psychologist – Salary – Soulbury EP A Scale 6–11 (£53,995–63,394pa), plus Outer London Allowance, plus up to 3 SPA points (previously awarded SPAs honoured).
This role is part of Havering Educational Psychology Service (EPS), a fully staffed EP team expanding within the SEND Service. EPs work closely with Advisory Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Havering's 0–5 Team, and others through a Team Around the School Approach, contributing distinct psychological insight.
Responsibilities
* Support schools, colleges and special provisions through training, consultation, organisational change, and policy work.
* Provide targeted early intervention and undertake statutory work.
* Support own 'patch' of schools and settings while exploring passions and contributing to SEND training offers.
Qualifications
* Qualified Educational Psychologist or Trainee Educational Psychologist in final year of training.
* Commitment to applying psychology to help children, young people and families and to anti‑racist practice.
* Enhanced DBS check required.
