Salary: Up to £55,000+ bonus

I am currently recruiting a General Manager for a Luxury 4 Star Hotel in the Lake District. As General Manager you will oversee all the operations of the hotel and venue. My client is looking for a passionate, dynamic leader who will create and develop a team.
About the position
1. Create strategy to increase revenue
2. Create a training and development program for the team
3. Ensure KPIs are met
4. Manage the operations throughout the hotel
5. Develop and train a team
6. Maximise revenue and forecast budgets
7. Support the Sales & Marketing team
8. Create and develop relationships with local businesses
The successful candidate
9. Previous experience in a similar role
10. Experience with corporate and leisure markets
11. Be able to inspire and motivate the team
12. Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
13. Have a passion for hospitality
