Full Time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £41,732.00 - £42,989.00 Per Annum
PLUS Bursary up to £1,800 per year (qualification level dependent)
PLUS, up to £11,000 professional development bursary for formal education and training qualifications including:
- Level 3-5 Education & Teaching
- Level 3 TAQA Assessor Qualification
- Level 4 TAQA Internal Quality Assurance Qualification
- Level 4 HNC in Construction Management

Who are we looking for?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Team Leader (CTL) within the Construction Department. The department offers a broad range of courses from Level 1 up to Level 4, including both 16-19 and adult learning courses and Higher Education Courses.
As a Curriculum Team Leader, you will support the Director of Curriculum in managing and guiding the curriculum team to achieve targets and objectives across the curriculum areas, in line with critical success factors. The role focuses on teaching, learning, assessment, and performance management across Engineering and Construction courses.
Applicants should have working knowledge and experience in Construction, and the ability to teach across a range of courses aligned to their occupational skillset to deliver high-quality provision.
The successful candidate will demonstrate innovative teaching and learning, coupled with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide learners.
Qualifications required include a relevant Higher Education qualification and industry experience, alongside appropriate teaching and assessing qualifications. Candidates should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
