Job Title: People Operations Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team and drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience, improve internal communications, and support our people strategy. This role is a critical part of our People function, ensuring that our HR operations run efficiently while leading people-focused projects that support our growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
People Operations
* Oversee HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, best practices and to enhance employee experience.
* Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
* Work closely with the People and Leadership teams to enhance employee engagement, performance, and development.
Internal Communications
* Develop and implement an internal communications strategy that keeps employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
* Manage a calendar of communications, ensuring open and transparent communication about topics colleagues are interested in.
* Craft compelling communications for company-wide announcements, newsletters, and leadership updates.
* Foster a culture of transparency by ensuring colleagues have the access to the right information at the right time through our Intranet, AirNet.
People Experience & Initiatives
* Lead and support strategic people initiatives, such as culture building, wellbeing programs, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
* Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
* Oversee our Employee Engagement survey and design and implement follow up initiatives to make AirIT a place where people love to work.
* Use data and insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the employee experience.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
* Proven experience in People Operations, HR, or a similar role, ideally within a fast-growing or tech-driven business.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills, with experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
* Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Experience with HR systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.
