We are a general and specialist referral dental practice located in Staines, on the Surrey/Middlesex border, near Heathrow. Our practice offers a comprehensive range of specialist and general dentistry services in a recently extended and refurbished state-of-the-art facility. As a well-established local referral centre, we are looking for a motivated individual who prioritises exceptional service and places people at the core of their professional approach.
Position Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred knowledge of SOE software and previous dental experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Front-of-house duties, including greeting and assisting patients
Providing exceptional customer service in person and via telephone/email
Back-office administration to ensure a smooth patient journey
Coordination and scheduling of patient appointments
Managing patient records and ensuring data accuracy
