Key Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment Act as a visible deterrent against theft and anti-social behaviour Observe, report, and complete detailed incident reports Monitor CCTV systems (where authorised) Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies Support store management when required Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers where needed You will need to be flexible, as this is a relief role covering multiple locations and shifts. About You Valid SIA Licence Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and confident Strong attention to detail and good judgement Ability to remain calm in challenging situations Full 5-year checkable employment history Previous security experience is desirable but not essential Be proud.
