ROTATIONAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST - Band 6
The Acute Physiotherapy team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary is looking to recruit to this full-time, permanent post. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in expanding their knowledge and experience in acute hospital settings.

Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, the main emergency and admitting hospital in Grampian, provides experience across a wide range of specialties and conditions. NHS Grampian boasts Scotland's first Major Trauma Centre and the first recognized ECMO centre in Scotland.
Our inpatient acute rotations include areas such as HDU, ITU, Acute Stroke, Neurosurgery, Trauma, Frailty, and other regional specialist units. Rotating annually, this is a fantastic opportunity to consolidate and expand your skills and knowledge.
The successful candidate will be motivated, hardworking, and adaptable to a fast-paced, varied environment. Responsibilities include providing specialist physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning as part of a multidisciplinary team.
We offer good CPD opportunities and support staff through supervision and appraisal. Many staff members hold additional roles within the department.
This post involves contributing to our weekend and on-call services. A full induction will be provided if needed.
There may also be an opportunity for a fixed-term Band 6 post.
