At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working where possible. Our approach combines in-office collaboration with home working, valuing time in the office for problem-solving, learning, and connection.
You will spend at least two days per week, or 40% of your time if part-time, based at our London, Swindon, Northampton, or Bournemouth offices. Further details will be provided upon successful application. Additionally, if based outside these locations, you will need to attend Swindon or London once a month for workshops and meetings.
Apply promptly, as high application volumes may lead to early closing of the vacancy.
