Chest Heart and Stroke are looking for a volunteer to help out at their Peer Support Group in Largs. The main duties include making sure the room is booked and paid for, banking cash collected at the group, and organising any day trips they decide to do. The group meets from 10-12 in Largs Library.
Experience required
No formal skills are required, but a willingness to help others, patience, good communication skills, and the ability to deal with external organisations such as banks and bus companies are important.
Volunteers aged 12-25 taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity. Find out more
