In this role you will take ownership of client accounts, driving their growth while maintaining exceptional service standards. Acting as the main liaison for clients, you will leverage your operational expertise and relationship-building skills to deliver smooth, effective, and forward-thinking FM solutions.
This role would suit someone with an Account Handler or similar background that is looking to really take their career to the next level for one of the countries most reputable companies.
The Role
* Manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
* Lead and coordinate the delivery of FM services, including planned and reactive maintenance.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive problem-solving
* Mix of working from the office, site visits, and working from home

* Account Management background or technical background looking to move into Account Management
* Local to Belfast
