All Square Recruitment are seeking experienced CNC Operators for an established manufacturing company in Colchester, Essex. CNC Operator - Key Responsibilities * Setting up and operating CNC Machinery, primarily Laser Cutting Machines and CNC Punching Machines. * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. * Conducting quality checks on finished components using appropriate measuring tools. * Performing routine maintenance checks to ensure machine efficiency. * Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations within the workshop. * Working proactively as part of a team to meet production targets Required Experience & Skills * Proven experience as a CNC Operator is essential. * Experience operating CNC Laser Cutting Machinery (preferred). * Experience operating CNC Punching Machinery (preferred). * Ability to work independently on the late shift schedule (2pm-10pm). * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. * A proactive and positive attitude. Regular Overtime will be available! Shift Details Monday to Friday 2pm till 10pm
