The opportunity 📂
We’re hiring 3 x Grade C Solicitors/Lawyers to handle increased instruction.
* Mixed claimant caseload (serious injury & med neg)
* Typical file values £25k–£50k
* Approx. 38 live files
* Supportive sub-team structure, clear supervision & progression
What you’ll do 🔧
* Run and progress multi-track/upper-fast-track claims end-to-end
* Draft pleadings, statements & schedules of loss ✍️
* Engage with experts (medics, case managers, forensic accountants) 🤝
* Drive early interim payments and maximise client outcomes 💼
* Deliver outstanding client care throughout the journey 💙
About you 👤
* Grade C Solicitor/Lawyer with claimant PI experience
* Strong litigation/court procedure knowledge 🏛️
* Organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure ⏱️
* Great communicator and team player 🗣️
