Role Overview As a Care Assistant BANK, you will provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting with dignity and respect. Support service users with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure their comfort and safety. Help with meal preparation and feeding where required, promoting healthy nutrition. Encourage and support clients to engage in social activities and maintain independence. Monitor and record changes in clients’ health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns promptly to senior staff. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a health, nursing, or social care role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable individuals. Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required. Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required prior to commencement.
