We’re looking for confident, adaptable people to step into secondary schools across Leeds as Cover Supervisors. You’ll be keeping lessons on track, supporting students, and making sure the day runs smoothly – no two days are ever the same!
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supervising whole classes in the absence of the teacher
2. Following set lesson plans and keeping pupils engaged
3. Managing behaviour in line with school policies
4. Building positive relationships with staff and students

5. Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work all count!)
6. Strong communication and classroom presence
7. Flexibility and a can-do attitude
8. A genuine interest in supporting students’ learning
