Programme Description:
You will work with the Engineering Management and Early Careers Teams to contribute to your training scheme, which includes placements providing insight into the Helicopter Product Life Cycle. These placements typically last 3-6 months across various engineering departments, including potential external placements, aiming to enhance both your technical and soft skills.

The scheme begins with induction sessions, followed by team-building events and technical training. You will engage in Software Engineering activities related to Mission Systems, Simulators, and Human Machine Interfaces, including:
* Performing engineering design, analysis, and development tasks.
* Gathering technical and commercial information to influence design solutions.
* Participating in software development, testing, and documentation activities.
* Supporting the development of new technologies and procedures.
* Producing engineering reports and qualification statements.
* Investigating customer and product issues for resolution.
* Conducting engineering tests in simulation and rig environments.
* Supporting system requirement interpretation and software development in collaboration with customers.
