Here at Grillo Living, we are increasing our Sales team and looking for experienced and proactive individuals to join us

Following our launch at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2018, we have been designing, building and installing outdoor kitchens all over the UK. We listened. What people wanted were outdoor kitchens that suited the British outdoors. Beautiful in design, yet simple in construction.

As we scale, we're looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on execution, coordination, and hands-on leadership. You'll be the person who turns our sales strategy into a well-oiled machine.

The Role: Sales Manager – Sales Execution & Coordination

This role is NOT just about setting the vision—it's about making the plan happen. You'll work closely with leadership to implement, coordinate, and optimize the sales strategy, ensuring our team meets targets, processes are followed, and leads are converted. Think of it as a hybrid of sales operations and strategic execution—you'll roll up your sleeves and make sure the sales engine runs smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Assignment

* Oversee all incoming leads from web, events, and marketing campaigns
* Qualify, route, and assign leads to the appropriate sales team member based on territory, expertise, and workload
* Track follow-ups to ensure consistent lead engagement and fast response times

Sales Strategy Execution

* Translate the sales plan into actionable workflows and targets
* Coordinate the execution of sales activities across team members and channels
* Maintain daily/weekly oversight of the pipeline, conversion rates, and deal progress
* Identify performance gaps and implement tactical adjustments

Hands-On Sales Enablement

* Support reps with lead management, quoting, follow-ups, and closing deals
* Own and optimize our CRM; ensure accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and lead status updates

Sales Process Management

* Define and document efficient sales processes and communication standards
* Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency

What We're Looking For

* Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or sales management (preferably in home improvement, outdoor living, or luxury consumer goods)
* A proven executor – you know how to take a plan and drive it across the finish line
* Strong process mindset with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
* CRM expertise and data-driven decision-making skills
* Comfortable wearing multiple hats and staying organized under pressure
* Bonus: Background in design/build sales, outdoor products, or home remodeling
