Description
We invite you to join our Registration Service team at Lancashire County Council as a Registration Officer. You will be customer focused, confident using digital resources, and committed to effective team working.
What You'll Be Doing
* Undertake duties attached to the registration of Births, Deaths and Still births.
* Attest routine notices of Marriage and Civil Partnerships.
* Support the delivery of a high‑quality Registration Service.
* Work as a member of the Registration team.
Our Service
The Registration Service creates accurate and timely records of all Births, Still‑Births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships and makes provision for couples to give notice of their intention to marry or to form a Civil Partnership.

You will have excellent people skills, be accurate in following work procedures, and be able to work without close supervision.

Working Hours
Annualised contract (416 or 520 hours). Hours vary according to demand; rota is agreed in advance.
