The Demand Manager (DM) is responsible for driving the end:to:end Demand Management Framework (Discover, Plan, Execute, Steer) to ensure pipeline health and support sellers in achieving bookings targets. Acting as the single point of contact for Demand Generation best practices, the DM consolidates the One DG Action Plan and aligns Target Account Lists, Demand Programs, and Sales Plays across all demand sources, including Marketing, Digital Hub, Partners, Corporate CS and D, Enterprise Sales, and Customer Engagement. The role also leads regular steering forums and planning summits to review performance, reprioritize initiatives, and reallocate resources to maximize business outcomes.

Approximately 10+ years of professional business experience, ideally in enterprise software sales, sales enablement (e.g., Center of Excellence, Industry Value Engineering, Sales Operations, Pre:sales, Marketing).

3+ years of SAP experience desirable; Cloud experience in a B2B environment advantageous.
